Visitor Information

To help you find your way around Britain’s largest National Park, there are 9 visitor information centres and 10 ranger bases ...and lots of helpful people! 

For expert insight in the outstanding nature you could join a ranger event or go with a wildlife guide.

There are hundreds of kilometres of paths and trails. To help you plan your day out there are path leaflets for walks around communities and websites such as Walk Highlands which will give you lots of different ideas and options for getting into the hills.
